themoment.education is operated by Moment Education Co., Ltd. (“The Moment”, “we”), 6th Floor, Work Stories Building, 81/1 Soi Sukhumvit 2, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover use of the website and its content only. Training, AI Agent Hackathons, consulting and implementation services are governed by the quotation or contract agreed with each organisation. If these terms conflict with such a quotation or contract, the quotation or contract prevails.

2. Information on the website

Course, service and article information and documents on the website are general information. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but course content, duration and service details may change without notice; the binding details are those in your quotation or contract. Content on the website is not legal, financial or other professional advice for your organisation.

3. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, design, videos and documents on the website belong to The Moment or to rights holders who have allowed us to use them. You may download and share documents or articles for use within your organisation, unchanged and credited to The Moment. You may not sell them, use them for commercial training, or republish them as your own without our written permission.

Microsoft, Microsoft Copilot, Harvard, edX and the names and logos of clients and partners are trademarks of their respective owners. Showing a client’s logo means only that the organisation has used The Moment’s services, not that it endorses them.

4. Use that is not allowed

Do not use the website unlawfully, try to access systems without permission, disrupt the website, send false information or spam through its forms, or scrape it automatically in a way that affects the service. Search engines and AI assistants may access public pages as set out in robots.txt.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to outside services such as YouTube, Facebook, LINE and Microsoft Forms, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or how they work.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by acting on information from the website without consulting us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update above. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
