Privacy notice

Moment Education Co., Ltd. (“The Moment”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data from themoment.education, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data controller
Moment Education Co., Ltd. (The Moment), 6th Floor, Work Stories Building, 81/1 Soi Sukhumvit 2, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. For privacy questions, email admin@themoment.education.
2. What we collect
- When you ask to talk with us: the “Book a call with us” button opens a Microsoft Forms form. What you enter (such as your name, organisation, role, email, phone number and needs) reaches us through Microsoft.
- When you contact us by email, LINE or Facebook: your name, contact details and messages. LINE’s and Facebook’s own policies also cover these.
- Technical data: when you open the website, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to our hosting provider (Vercel), and to Google Fonts (fonts) and YouTube (video thumbnails), to display the page.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): if you click “Accept” in the cookie bar, the website uses Google Analytics cookies to see which pages are read, which channels visitors come from, and which pages lead to contact clicks or document downloads. We look at this as aggregate statistics and do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you decline, these cookies are not set. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the cookie bar will appear again.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Providers that process data for us
Some store data outside Thailand.
- Vercel: website hosting
- Microsoft (Microsoft Forms, Microsoft 365): our call request form and email
- Google: Google Analytics if you accept cookies, Google Fonts and YouTube (United States)
- LINE and Facebook (Meta): when you chat with or contact us there
5. How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while you remain a business contact of The Moment. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete or restrict it, receive or transfer it, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to admin@themoment.education; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee at pdpc.or.th.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and only authorised people can access it.
8. Changes
We may update this notice and will show the date of the last update above.
